1. Check in Between 16:00 and 18:00 – Check out by 10:30. 2. Children of all ages are welcome. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Smoking is allowed in some of the open air areas. 5. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

A non refundable deposit 25% of the stay is required. Full booking balance can be paid on departure. Payments by cash, cheque, bacs, paypal.

Check-in is between 4-6pm with other times available with advance notice.

If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
